Sharing shots of the farm where we are staying at in the North Okanagan

Nope, not some kind of cactus, but barbed wire. It seems that there are hoops of the prickly stuff hanging all over fence posts on the farm.

I love the look, kind of country chic, meets pottery barn inspired galvanized steel.

And if you want to talk rustic, let’s look at the fence posts, they have some vintage patina going on, texture and color that can’t be duplicated.

Toss on some fresh fallen snow, and it’s a beautiful rustic scene.
